Signed in? Open Help & Support in BalanceIt to create a support request, attach screenshots and track replies in one place.
Email support@balanceit.life — for example if you can’t sign in or don’t have an account yet. It’s the only support address we publish.
Report a security or privacy concern
Sign in, open Help & Support and choose Security or privacy concern. These reports are handled in a restricted queue that only staff authorized to handle security issues can see. If you can’t sign in, email support@balanceit.life with “Security” in the subject.
Please don’t share details of a possible security issue publicly while we look into it. Never share your password or a one-time code with anyone — including BalanceIt support.
