Choose one meaningful area of life. Start small. Track your progress.

Small Actions. Meaningful Change. 7 Days to Start. 21 Days to Build Momentum.

How it works

Step 1

Pick one area and one challenge

Browse ready-made 7-day and 21-day challenges across all nine life areas, or let BalanceIt suggest one from the areas and goals you said matter.

Step 2

Preview the plan, then decide

See the daily action, the time it takes, the weekly objectives and what “completed” means before anything is created. Nothing starts until you say so.

Step 3

Do the daily action

The challenge becomes one ordinary repeating task in BalanceIt. Check it off on Today, and your progress is counted from that real completion.

Step 4

Review, adjust, finish

A gentle weekly check-in asks whether to keep the pace or make it easier. At the end you get an accurate summary and can keep the routine if you want to.

What a challenge is, honestly

On every plan

Basic

Browse the whole catalog and run one challenge at a time, with progress, pause and weekly check-ins.

Pro

Up to three challenges at a time and the same catalog.

Premium

Up to five at a time, plus AIM AI: create a personal challenge from your own outcome, and adjust a running one, always as a proposal you accept first.

Questions

Do I need an account?

To start or save a challenge, yes: the daily action is one of your own tasks and progress comes from completing it. Browsing here needs nothing.

Does a challenge create 21 tasks?

No. One repeating task carries the daily action, sometimes with one small kick-off task. Your task list stays yours.

What if I miss a day?

Nothing breaks. BalanceIt shows what you completed so far and asks whether you are ready to continue. You can also skip a day or pause.

Is it free?

Yes. Every challenge in the catalog is available on every plan. Plans differ in how many run at once; AI personalisation is part of Premium.

Will it change my Balance Score?

Only real task completions count towards your Balance Score, exactly as they always have. Being in a challenge changes nothing by itself.
